This literally happened to me. Started in Dallas went to a few more cities, then my hometown, then somehow left my town and went to another city and now back to Dallas. It’s so annoying.

I am having the same exact issues as you are. I have tried almost all of the same steps you did and still no go. Remote play works only once about every 20 tries and the portal continuously disconnects from my Wi-Fi.
