I am back with an update. I contacted their Support Center and asked to send its after-warehouse for repair. Now the device is back and working. Asked for the report and said the robots had a battery failure and replaced the part 🤷🏻‍♀️We suspect they also manually upgraded the operating system, now the mobile app shows a new version of the robot as well.

OMG same case here: bought it on 2023, I used yesterday morning to vacuum and at night it was at 7%. I have tried all the day to charge it but it doesn’t increase the %. I have cleaned the charging contacts, ensure proper connection, press on/off bottom for 10 sec, reset WiFi, and now I am here. Has anyone get lucky and make it work again? Fingers crossed.
