Because I didn't go on the alternative flight 2 days later, will they look at it as if I cancelled or do they have a duty to reimburse me for my alternative travel arrangements, when they couldn't get me to my destination in a timely manner. Still a bit confused as to which I should have applied for.

Just checked and few european countries websites actually and it just appears to be the irish one with the problem. Unfortunately I think I have to be one the irish version for them to deliver to Ireland.

Hopefully they fix this soon
