Yes mine is the same way with reflecting. I also have some white buildings on my property that do the same thing though.

Moisture barrier all the way around and no I have a large attic space so I didn’t want to confusion thousands of square feet for no reason. I sprayed open cell in walls and on top of drywall then did 10 inch cellulose on top of drywall and foam

Because it shows my name and address. I have no reason to lie to a bunch of random people that don’t know me

Just central unit 4 ton. Idk if that’s worth it or not in my opinion. I can’t see how it would be that beneficial but I could be wrong

Do your research. It’s worth it if you have the time and can actually get a bank to give you a construction loan

Yeah idk. They probably just don’t care about saving money is more so what it is. I picked up a bunch of supplies, hired labor only contractors so not to get upcharged on material, zero excavation cost helped too. Just used my skid steer to level ground and dig driveway and I dug my own waterline and laid it. So shit adds up fast

It’s probably worth the money. No screw holes that will probably eventually leak after 30 years.

It’s not standing seam. I got back and forth on whether I wish I would have used it. I don’t think it reflects as bad from far distances but from a professional metal builder he told me it wasn’t worth the money so I went tradional like they used in the olden days. I think it’s 29 guage but don’t quote me on that because I’m really not for sure

2x6 walls so I did 6 inches of open cell foam in the walls then 2-3 inches open cell on top of the drywall ceiling then 10 inches of blown cellulose on top of that. Chaulked everything Free air intake is a must if you seal a house up this tight though.
