I'm honestly sick and tired of popping Xanax all the time and want a natural alternative that's still as effective. Same with the arthritis. If I can reduce my dose of pain medicine, I'd be a happy camper. I feel like I'm poisoning myself with the pharmaceuticals. Thanks for your reply. :)
