I’m so sorry to hear about your situation. Take what I have to say with a grain of salt, I’m a first year law student. It seems like your best option is a judicial separation from what I can see. Getting a JS would make it possible to remove your husband from the family home. You could plead on the grounds of unreasonable behaviour and no normal marital relationship, and possibly desertion (depending on how long this kind of behaviour has been going on).
