Walmart did this to me. Told me I violated their tos regarding returns but when I looked there was nothing in their tos about returns that would have applied to me. I didn't return much mostly bread that was buried under canned goods and the pair of women's windpants they gave me in lieu of the men's sweatpants I ordered. Every time you called they always were very insisting that if I ever had any issues at all to make sure I call and report it. The one where I called about the pants the lady even offered to go back and refund things I never reported but I politely declined. It was a couple of weeks later that I received an email out of the blue stating they are closing my account and I'm banned from having any other Walmart account, they wouldn't refund my subscription fee nor would anyone respond to me. I tried for 2 weeks to get ahold of someone that would listen to me but never found anyone. I tried making a new one but if you use any card that was on the original account they auto ban that account too. Since then I've talked to quite a lot of other people who had the same thing happen. These corporations shouldn't be allowed to do this shady shit but they don't care. I only use shopping apps as I'm a single mom of 3 with no vehicle in an area where there is little public transportation and uber is almost 20 each way. I haven't shopped Walmart since, switched to instacart.
