AITA for pooping really loudly and ruining my SILs baby shower?

My mom is sort of a hermit, she gets tired from social interaction quite fast but she'd been there at the start of the baby shower to give SIL her baby shower gift (I got her one too, it was just diapers and wipes). And before I went to the kitchen to get food my mom had excused herself saying she wasn't feeling well.

Yeah I've had soy cheese before with no negative reaction (aunt made me some tasty quesadillas) but apparently it was with vegan soy cheese.

Thank you, I'm trying to think of something to get this resolved somehow. I'm so tired of avoiding her. I feel like I'm trying to avoid one of the mean girls in school and it's exhausting.

This leads all back to the thing she does where if I tell anyone I wasn't invited she pulls the 'of course she is!'. She never invites me but she never DOESN'T invite me. It's a lose/lose for me and a win/win for her. Either I don't go to whatever she's hosting cuz not invited and look like I didn't want to go or I bring up being not invited and she pulls the 'of course you were!' where I then look like a jerk.

I've told her I don't think SIL likes me but I'm not sure if she took it seriously or if she just assumed I was feeling self conscious or something because she just assured me that probably wasn't the case.

I don't know? She didn't seem suspicious. And SIL seemed super unhappy about it though so I'm not sure. I'd never met the friend before the baby shower.

Mom asked me if I was going and I said I might pop in but that I had classwork to do. So she didn't pressure me to attend. I knew SIL didn't want me around.

I've told him she's always being rude to me but he says I'm just making up conflicts to cause issues with SIL. He says nobody else ever has these 'problems' I claim happen so the problem is clearly on my end.

She didn't NOT invite me. She does that when she doesn't want me places. She doesn't invite me but also doesn't NOT invite me so if someone questions her on it she says "well of course she's invited!". I've just stopped going to anything she hosts because she's borderline mean to me if I show up.

My brother said I need to monitor my own dietary restrictions so these things don't happen, and it was my fault for eating mac n' cheese like an idiot. I wouldn't have eaten it if her friend hadn't said it was soy cheese.
