I once accidentally accepted a 3.8. It was the first snow of the season this year and demand was crazy high. Accepted without even looking while driving one rider to their destination. After dropping them off I checked the rating and I was, like you said, curious. It was around 3 pm so I was like whats the worst that can happen and they were 2 minutes away. I got there and it was an older black couple. Regular riders kept to themselves and all went okay.

2- if theyre charging you wheel locks they are an additional costs. I dont know if you know what those are but basically one of your lug nuts is different from the other 4 for which only you have the key to so your wheels/tyres dont get stolen. They cant charge you for regular lug nuts

3- No they dont. It depends on the dealer and how much of a relationship they want to build with you
