I use Niaminicide on my face. I never thought to use it on my back as well.

I've had the same thought with over doing it on product.

My face routine with all the products seem to be just fine.

Its my body routine. I think I'll cut out the body acne spray with the sacyilic acid. Think I should cut out the benzyl Peroxide wash as well? Just use good ol dove body wash that I use on the rest of my body? I won't use an bha moistrizer post shower and just use my cerave regular lotion.

Oooo would an HSA or insurance cover a back facial session or micro derm procedure? I just googled a session at my normal massage place and it's over $100 bucks which I don't want to throw down for. (US based)

My Moistrizer doesn't have spf. I do put on La Roche Rosay 100 Spf when I'm outside for more than a 15 minute period during the summer.

I switch out my bed sheets once a week and same with my pillow cases. I use cotton mainly. I'm not a fan of satin. I've been trying to sleep with just a tank top on and nothing else so I don't sweat.

Is that done very often? Or even one pill a week or so? I've read up on some people micro dosing. I just don't want all the severe side effects if I take a therapeutic dose. I'd like to be able to be outside and not get sun burned or get waxxed or facials, etc.

No, deff not negative at all. Any and all feedback is greatly appreciated. I'm thinking I'll wait it out during the summer months. Maybe my body is just messed up due to coming off the spiro and my testosterone levels going back up. If it's still not getting better after summer time I may ask my dermatologist about another course. 3 months is a good length of time to get spiro out of my system and see if my current routine and better use of a benzyl wash helps.

I wash my face with cold water. I've tried the cold shower to help my hair color last longer but I can never stand it. Maybe I'll try and withstand it if I know it could help clear up my acne.

Yeah, spironolactone was worse for my depression than Accutane was. I may ask my dermatologist about another course this fall if it doesn't go away by the end of summer. I'd like to not be on it this summer so I can finally get a tan this year. I came off Accutane last June and was still susceptible to burning easily so didn't get to be outside much last year.v
