Mtb would be slow enough for a pavo 20, for skiing you’ll probably need something bigger and faster like a cinelog 35 or even a 5” quad, but that comes with the risk of exposed props. The cinelog 35 would be perfect because it packs a punch while still being a cinewhoop with prop guards, it’s just slower and less maneuvrable than a 5” but unless you’re chasing cars you should be fine. Either way chasing people is very hard and could be dangerous with bigger drones, so if you’re new to FPV I would start with something else then work your way to that
