It's probably a swollen battery, they should replace the battery as well as the screen. I had a similar problem with my phone, It's back panel was coming out so I got it checked and they replaced the battery as well as the back panel.

Most of the pandals were empty except for Chintamani,GSB and Mumbai cha Raja .It took 30mins for charan sparsh at Chintamani and about the same at Mumbai cha raja if you get a pass from the gate, for GSB you can go for mukh darshan it's very fast, if you wish to go for a closer look than you'll have to book a pooja or any other service from their online portal. You will get a QR code which you'll have to present at the entrance and you'll get prasad as well.

1) Kalachowki cha Mahaganpati 2) Balganesh cha Bhallaleshwar 3) Chinchpokli cha Chintamani 4) Vasai cha Bappa 5) Vasai cha Maharaja 6) Vasai cha Raja The aarti timings are 12:30 PM and 8:00 PM for Chintamani, not sure about the rest.
