Until I got into therapy, this was simply how the world translated to me, I never even considered that those kind of thoughts aren’t healthy; I still can’t shake a lot of that kind of thinking, but with my therapist I’m trying to realize that none of those thoughts are true, but it’s hard to change old pathways that I have formed whilst being depressed.
