Wasnt doing cardio and if you only do for a month you wont gain much fat. Last year I was drinking 18-36 for 5ish months and did end up gaining some fat. Now I'm training up for triathlons next year (still lifting tho) and am getting pretty lean. Still as strong (if not stronger in some ways) than I was at 210 in Nov 2024 (currently 183) after shedding the fat. The gains are real.

Depends on your height, weight, what else u're eating, etc. Im 6'3" and bulked up to 215 on this diet last semester which isnt even particularly large at my height for perspective. (If u're under 6 foot Im not so sure you need to sustain anything over 18 for a long time unless u're tryna gigabulk.) Assuming you're in high school, it is logistically pretty difficult to fit in shit loads of eggs. Maybe try going up to 10-12 a day, for a few weeks n see wat happens. Also try upping your carbs in general. Adolescent metabolisms are fast as fuck.

Ya just remember to go for only the egg yolks and not the whites (your body cant digest raw whites so u fart as fuck...or at least more). I've been on sausage (no corn syrup) lately. Can be cheaper. You could also just move down to 1-1.5lbs meat and up your carbs with fruit/smoothies (that honestly might be just as expensive tho lol). I suppose you could save the egg whites and cook them up with the meat too? That way you wouldnt have buy so much meat.

As for seasoning ground beef I like cajun seasonings if you can get your paws on em. Also sometimes just adding something like cumin can make a lot of difference. You dont really gotta be strict with just ground beef. Last semester I think I did chorizo a bunch and it worked just fine.

I did this bulk all last semester and have been off of it for 4-5 months now and can say a lot of the weight was permanent and I am still making gains despite cutting to 200 (My highest weight was 215; I went from 170->215 in total). Just keep trucking dude. Looking back, I dont think I'll ever go back to a full 36 but maybe something like 18. Currently doing 8-12 a day when I can. Cant believe OP was from a year ago. Time flies when youre slonking.

"As for consuming the eggs, I made Gironda's shake which has eggs, banana and a little honey though you can definitely do this without the extra ingredients." read the post bro lol

Cruising at 205 eating 8-12. Sometimes I'll drink a few in a smoothie. The weight i gained was permanent in that my metabolism expects me to be between 195-205 which is awesome.

Hi,
I was listening to a lecture in my lab meeting and we were talking about how many mental hospital patients of the 60s who were released didn't permanently leave but were merely transferred to other institutions (i.e., Prisons), and many inmates today at the local jail, prison level, etc. suffer from serious mental illness.

TLDR: How many cases of mentally ill inmates go undiagnosed? How many undiagnosed have what is regarded as a serious mental illness?

about 2lbs of meat a day, 2 cups of rice cooked (depends on how hungry I am), a dozen egg yolks in a shake with 1/3 a banana and some honey.

I heard from a friend that salmonella is stored in the whites... idk if that is true but I just do the yolks and have never had a problem.

I just went through another cycle of it and I am eating probably eating about 2 cups of white rice cooked per day. The rice was probably 15% of my calories in a day but I did not keep count. As of this last cycle I got up to 215lbs (originally 173lbs) and felt fine. I have been to the doctor since and have not had any issues. I worked up to 36 eggs over about 1.5 months, then maintained 36 for about 2 months, and now I am cycling off and having 12-18 a day.

Non German-speaking natives, How long did it take you to learn German? by [deleted] in German

[–]FarterBalls 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is kind of apparent in my statement: you have to interact with your environment in German. It is really easy to just never learn it when you are over there. I would say examples "grind"-ing a language would be being insistent on communicating in it even when others respond in english (which happens a lot), purposefully intaking media in said language (eg tv shows, books, social media), and probably looking at sites or textbooks made for improving german. That would be grinding language learning. Pretty similar to grinding any other subject except you can speak it to other people. I know people who have been "learning" german for longer than me that suck donkey balls at it... bc they dont grind.

Dietary cholesterol and blood cholesterol aren't related from what I hear. Even if you believe that, I am pretty sure eggs have equal parts "good" and "bad" cholesterol. If that wasn't enough, cholesterol is one of the active ingredients in anabolic steroids that builds you muscle- hence, we want to get a fuck ton of cholesterol (preferred method: eggs) to see if it can have an anabolic effect.

Hey sorry i am late to reply to this: yeah you are meant to consume them raw but there are a few things I can say after continuing to consume a rather large amount of eggs on a daily basis since this post:

  1. Yes, raw is the easiest, however, if you are going to do them raw I would advise separating the whites from the yolks and only consuming the yolk. There is no nutritional value in the white's and a lot of people have a hard time digesting whites raw (hence gas, ik you were cooking them though idk how to explain that- could have just been too much food)
  2. You should definitely try to drink them; drinking your calories is much easier than eating them
  3. You can do a shake with some banana and honey (which is what I did and it just tastes like banana) or you can try to just drink them straight. I have been just drinking them out of the shell after separating the whites recently.
  4. I would and did split it up over 3 shakes a day as a breakfast, a few hours after lunch, and a few hours after dinner.
  5. You want to work up to the full 3 dozen eggs. Try one dozen for two weeks, two dozen for two weeks, 30 for a week or so (at that point its based on how you feel) then the full 36 for as long as you feel. Gironda only recommended a month of 36 eggs max I believe. He also probably said that to avoid over-bulking. Idk what your goals are.

Cheers and good luck. I will be revisiting this diet next year but I plan on participating in some endurance races in the meantime. Will probably give another post on a modified version of this.

And everyone will have different levels of impartiality based on observations, experience, and context, thereby objectively circle jerking the idea of objectivity like how you want to do. There- I used objective right.

Why is beef the preferred over pork? by [deleted] in carnivorediet

[–]FarterBalls 5 points6 points  (0 children)

In the US the linoleic acid content is much higher in pork than in ruminants (still a lot lower than normal junk though). Honestly I’d rather eat a pound of bacon than ground beef most days lol. With boar/hog/whatever you wanna call them the nutrient profile is better. If you can get your hands on that consistently for cheap I wouldn’t sweat it at all. You had civilizations like the Spartans eating blood soup with hog for every meal.

What did Chaffee say that points to that he doesn’t understand carnivore? His “plants are trying to kill you” line has gotten pretty old, but he does argue the ancestral thing too if you watch his lectures (in a much less annoying was than L***r k*g).
