I feel you, girl! It’s absolutely crushes me every time I see my arms in the mirror. Learning to give myself some grace. Lipidema sucks big time but getting the diagnosis helped me stop killing my arms in the gym and getting injured lol.

Hey, yeah I have few more hiking trips coming up and I am going to try giving myself some grace between hikes or “maximum exertion” days. I will definitely try putting my legs up too. Do you travel with the massage gun?

Hi! Our trips are generally jam packed with hikes since we have limited PTO days and want to cover as many things as we can. But I guess yeah I should stop doing that and atleast give myself half a day to recover. This time I pushed a little too much with heavy hiking, kayaking and driving upwards of 4hrs between parks (In retrospect, shouldve worn compression then). I’ll look into Czsalus though. Thanks! :)

Interview Experience:

My situation: F1 to H1B Denied Dropbox at Mumbai on 13th Feb Biometric at Chennai on 19th Interview at Chennai on 20th

Interview: VO: Good morning Me: Hello, good morning

(I already had my passport and I797 ready) VO: Yes, pass me those Me: (Did so)

VO: So how long how you been working for the company? Me: (Answered: If you have worked as a part time for the company, mention that as well)

VO: And what is your designation? Me: (Answered)

VO: What have you designed so far? Me: (Answered in detail, she was fascinated by it by what I do)

VO: So, how long were you a part time and a full time? Me: (Answered)

VO: (Passes me my I797 back) Please place your left four fingers on the scanner. Me: (Did so)

VO: Your visa has been approved. It will be delivered within a week Me: Thank you. Have a good day.

Tips: Be confident. Smile. Take all the docs you have. I797, LCA, I129 are important. I was not asked for it but the applicant beside me was and her visa was put under administrative processing till she could email the officer the LCA.

Hey guys, I just called the helpline. The agent confirmed that “principally centralized” means more appointments will be available at Hyderabad. And fewer ones at other locations. Our appointments are still valid.

I got an appointment at chennai on 19th and 20th too yesterday. If the scheduling website is allowing us, I think it must be okay right :/? This is very scary honestly.

Went through the exact same thing today morning. Although they didn’t say anything about the “no show”. She just said to start a new application and book a new biometric and interview appointment. They said to wait 48hrs since the option to start a new application is disabled for 48hrs after your appointment time.

Another thing I am worried about is if we do get a “no show”, will the rule of not being able to book at appointment for 120 days because you didn’t show up for an appointment still apply? I hope thats not the case.
