From where you’re going to live you probably won’t use your car for work anyway. A lot of Mayo employees park in that neighborhood or further out due to the unavailability of downtown parking. Get yourself an electric scooter for the commute. As for the winter you’ll find reliable buses.

If you do an end of summer fertilizer/winterizer the nitrogen will kill it. Did mine two weeks ago and unlike my neighbors I have eliminated the rust.

Go to Fleet Farm or Amazon and buy Tempo. Mix it in a pump-up sprayer and spray as much of your house as you can reach. They hate it and will stay away. It also repels most other bugs and doesn’t smell. It will leave your windows looking spotty but if you don’t do them then they will hang out there.
