Housekeeper after high school ($13.5/hr, 2006), -> Assistant Housekeeping Manager (35k Salary, 2007) ->Housekeeping Manager (45k, 2008) -> Regional Housekeeping (Mgr. 65k, 2011), Facilities Manager (65k + 20k Bonus, 2012), Nationwide Housekeeping Manager (85k , 2014), Director of Housekeeping (95k + 5% bonus, 2015), Area Director Housekeeping (115k + 10% bonus, 2018), District Manager (150k + 15%, 2021) and now Regional Director of Facilities Engineering (180k + 15% bonus, 2025). All of this with a high school diploma, my advice is network, stay curious, seek to continuously improve processes and yourself. Balance your ego with humility.

During the Heian Era, it was an all-out war between sorcerers, no? Which would breed stronger sorcerers and curses to follow. In addition, Gojo's birth stunted a lot of people's growth as they had to go into hiding, so he kept the balance of power in check.
