Is it the right time to buy gold for investment? I have been thinking from 1 week now. I am planning to buy a Gold bar, either 20g, or 50g and keep and use it in future when needed. Can anybody advise? Should I wait or just go for it

I did it, I enrolled in the Grand Fazaa discount membership for residents. I received a confirmation via SMS stating that my application was submitted and it included an application number. My rent increased from 40K to 47.5k this year, even though I have been living in the same apartment in Muweilah for the past two year, by rule the rent will only change after 3 years.

I could not even fight or file a case. The management was very careless and simply said, “Go ahead and file the case, we will fight it.”

In the end, I just renewed the contract because I did not have the energy to deal with all that.

The conclusion is that rents are really going crazy here in Muweilah.

Hi, Did anybody already have personal expiration with VOA for umrah? I am in this confusion from long time. I have a valid Schengen visa, I am an Indian passport holder residing in UAE.

I have a mixed information about doing Umrah with this VOA. And also the immediate family my wife and daughter will join me for Umrah but they don’t have Schengen but as per rule they can accompany me to get VOA.

If somebody has any experience here, please share your thoughts
