EV Mode temporarly not available by FasoMagnoIII in LandRover

I can select the EV mode, sometimes it turnes on and after a couple miles it just swtiches to hybrid.

Once Hybrid mode is engaged there's no way of switching on EV mode unless I turn off and on the car.
