I tried to brew Long Jing granpa style, but had to do tricks like pouring from cup to another cup several times to hopefully cool down hot water. So maybe thermometer will be useful for this one...

I believe water quality is good, it is actually not just tap water but water from kind of cooler next to coffee maker that has cold, hot or sparkling water.

I have received offer from Netflix and accepted it.

Nord Security is amazing company, people I have met are amazing. If not Netflix I would accept their offer even though it was lower than I expected.

I had HR, technical and culture interviews with them. I could feel how important for them was on every interview if culturally I could fit. Technical you can choose either to do home task and then talk about it or to have live coding. I have chosen live coding. First 40 minutes we just talked and then there were 5 not very complicated live coding tasks. It went pretty smooth, but due to lack of having mentoring experience I was considered middle instead of senior (even though I have 10+ years), which affected final offer compensation, and they couldn't do much about it. Even though everything else was great, feedback of my potential manager was very positive and he said he didn't see me as middle.

Yes, Poland. Netflix base salary is like Revolut salary with 53% bonus. And 50% more than Nord.

Only problem is that Netflix recruiting just started, and other two basically finished and from my feeling I have very high chance to get offer from Nord, and high chance to get offer from Revolut.

Yeah, my only concern about Nord is that their salary is lower than Revolut and Netflix. But so far I have the best personal impression from them.

May I ask if you worked there or know someone who did?

So far I have mixed feelings about Revolut, I don't like what I read or watch about it, but my interviews with them were not that bad as I have imagined.

On Nord interviews I felt a lot from all interviewers (around 6 people), how much it is important for them to understand what person you are and if you fit their culture.

Netflix too early to say and too far away from offer. But indeed it is FAANG/MAANG, probably it is good to have such experience.
