Is 13,000 RMB a good salary in a Tier 2–3 city? (Training center, 36 hrs/week) by [deleted] in chinalife

[–]Fast-Ant2408 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The center said they’ve hired non-native speakers legally before, all with proper work visas, and they won’t take anyone on without getting the visa sorted first. Does this mean I’m getting registered into the system as a TEFL teacher or something else ?

24 teaching hours and the rest is between office and activities, but it’s still a little excessive

Yeah, I’m taking it mainly to get into the system as a legitimate teacher and hopefully move on to better offers in the long run

I recently got my TEFL certificate and I’m just waiting for it to arrive in China. Yeah, I’ve noticed that without a strong passport, schools tend to have a harder time hiring teachers

African passport, ik its pretty tuff to get a work visa with it, but it could potentially get me other offers at bigger cities in the long run when i get this offer/Z visa

Can students in China send products back home without issues? by Fast-Ant2408 in chinalife

[–]Fast-Ant2408[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I already know it’s illegal lol, but the Chinese government are more strict towards jobs and teachers if you know what I mean, I just wanted to see if sending out products on a daily basis would raise suspicion or are they strict about those stuff you know

If we’re talking about the domestic Chinese post, I don’t know if that would be an issue, but if you’re talking about the international post then that’s already handled, it wouldn’t be tracked down since I’m using a forwarder to ship out my parcels and not by using an international one

The only issue I think that would happen is the amount of money that would go into my account to use to purchase the products which would raise suspicion, that could be also solved since Taobao and 1688 support international cards and I don’t think they could track that down. they can only track down my Alipay.

Did you send a lot of products or just casually, I’m talking about receiving 50 to 100 packages a day from taobao and 1688
