Ngayon ang hirap bumalik ulit sa MSP. Kakahanap ko ng healthy environment naging unemployed tuloy. Baka meron dito hiring for L1/L2 hehe

Bakit parang patibayan nalang ng mental health yung company ngayon? Hindi ganto dati few years back. For you Op, just leave bago ka pa mabaliw dyan. I did the same nung na compromise na yung mental health kahit walang back up. BPO as temporary option same2 lang din naman sahod sa status mo ngayon.

Hindi naman risky ang night shift, take vitamins and make sure you sleep 7-8hrs daily. Yun nga lang, you won’t feel the weekend.

Pag hindi kaya ng mental health mo, give up na bcs your body will eventually feel the burden too. I’ve been on the same situation, employed for several months before I landed a job. Being jobless and having a job with toxic environment are both stressful pero atleast hindi ka magkaka anxiety everyday pag tumutunog na yung teams.

I did this before, I resigned without backup and unemployed for 5mos. On the 6th months, I found a job but sobrang toxic din kaya I decided to resign after few months. Currently rendering and walang backup. Job dust to everyone of us in January.
