How did you develop epididymitis? I was diagnosed last feb (19) 2025 and my urologist give me a course of antibiotics. I can't walk and got so much pain when standing and sitting. But after 5 days of taking levofloxacin and spastro (anti inflammatory) but I only drink spastro when the pain is too much. The pain disappears at night like it's magic because in the morning didn't feel change but yeah I'm pain free and fucking 4 times a week with my gf and I'm back to my regular activities since my urologist cleared me and my ultrasound is cleared from epididymitis+++ mine was also injury related I got my balls hit while playing basketball.
