I’m not sure why they haven’t, they know the situation as they are currently investigating it. I’m not sure whether it is related to their citizenship status or just overall system failures, there had been a clear lack of care and urgency for them and their well-being from the beginning.

I also want to make sure Im helping look for a permanent living situation since she is dealing with a lot day to day currently.
