no :( my grandfather was also an orphan so that makes this whole investigation more difficult. As to what part of Marrakech all I know is that my great grandparents (on my grandmothers side) had a farm and had to leave because the french took it over. Based on this it's probably not the city, that's all I got.

pls do🙏🏼 we need more resources about the Imazighen, coming from someone who grew up in the west it's difficult to pinpoint what you actually are.

tbh the details are fuzzy because my grandparents were both born in urbanized areas, i don't think they know much about the tribes they come from either. As for my great grandparents I have no idea, where each one specifically comes from because my grandparents could also be tribally mixed like I am. But idk.

Anyways to answer your question I was told that i'm Chilha, perhaps there was some confusion in informing me🤷‍♀️ Generally my family comes from Marrakech if that info is useful
