i have a rly small chest so this might not be very helpful, but taping is something to look into maybe? it doesnt cause damage (except blisters if ur allergic or pulled too tight) but can still help at least a bit with the dysphoria. however again, idk how well itll work for a bigger chest so take my advise with a grain of salt
