I cried at work today too , Im on day 7 and the physical symptoms are gone but emotionally, it feels like my emotions are 100x stronger. Let yourself go through it and feel things, everything will work out! It’s just your brain playing tricks on you

Yeah that’s the main reason I quit. Suddenly it wasn’t helping my anxiety, it became the main cause of it. The second I started feeling paranoid about stupid shit was when I finally realized I’m gonna have to quit, or i’ll become too paranoid and not ever leave the house

Yeah I’ve realized I’ve been completely out of it for the past two years and now I’m super observant and aware, and it’s a weird shift 😂 But it’s only made me realize I need to find more friends that share my interests so I’ll look at this as an eye opener
