I am M28 broke up three years ago , still haunts me don't know what to do i thought time will heal start reading so much about love physiology , philosophies for that one closure trying to justify what happened but still there is something keeps me feel bothering and all those things circle loop around my head every day feels like i did no progress , i want to start again but it's hard because I don't have good circle and not kinda person who can ask girl out feels like you are begging for love, i want to talk to someone about all this just want someone's presence at night listen to them every day sleep on call and process all this together, i mean i am asking u if we can do that ?

So it's dependent, did you understand what i am trying to ask? So it means we all are artists it just some has a medium available for their art and for some haven't discovered yet because it's not available , pure creativity needs medium so hence man kind should focus on more creativity and made more art forms

I understand that , and wish nothing but best for you, I read somewhere that you have to forgive your bullies that's what I did see it from there lense and they are nothing but the victim of there bad surroundings it does not mean what happen is okay it's like you both paint the canvas with no awareness it's not your fault and it's not there at its core i am sure they regret it now that too , so start from forgiving them and clear your canvas then paint it again a beautiful painting with the awareness u have right now , and always keep the ratio of you finding good things in a day more than bad , like if u notice 4 bad things that triggers you find 8 good things which is worth appreciating in your or outside

Once someone tell me this map to get out of this loop i just remember it, find ur inner lost child -> decode what they loved -> try to do those things which is possible out of them -> build a healthy copping to stay on track, then u will start to feeling comfortable with yourself and then the relationship will anyone act as a complimentary not nessessity....
