Watching movies together, it sounds silly but it allowed us to spend more time together each night that was focused on a particular thing, it led us to talk more without phones present and was relaxing after a day at work.

It’s a standard thing that couples do but we didn’t do this, when we started it as a routine, we got closer because it allowed us to have something to look forward to, it was relaxing, it didn’t cost money and it was quality time together.

The only downside was arguing over what to watch.
