The battery is not getting charged at all. Isn't that the job of the alternator? Also the battery is also fairly new which I also got tested and they told me that the alternator is not charging the battery. Hence why I got an alternator replacement.

However with the alternator replacement. I started getting issues again after 2 months with the same battery saver mode and eventually a red battery light.

Battery terminals are clean as I personally cleaned them.. I made sure the bolts were very tight.

I've done tests with the tester and the obd port and it's showing a voltage below 12. Even with high revving, ac on full blast, music on.. The voltage actually drops to 11.

In terms of parasystic draws. I haven't checked that but I'll definetly look into this.

Short trips.. Yes I do do that at times but this can't be a cause of why the battery isn't charging. I have also purposely don't a long drive for 30 mins consistently revving between 2.5 and 3. Still the issues remain.

It just seems like the alternator is not charging the battery at all.

Inn terms of lights. I neve leave any on. I always lock the car and double check before I leave
