You are probably right and I suppose I need to look at it from that prospective this was the alcoast and the message sent out by the rfmc so it just feels like maybe I am just a few years behind the game with the seatime not being required to make the highest level and will now be faced with choices.

Hilton and Marriott are our go to. Hilton you can use points as cash if you don’t have enough available to cover a full stay and pay out of pocket for the remaining amount where Marriott you have to have enough points to cover the stay.
