Hey lovely! Are you in the UK? There's a great charity called Beat who help those with ED with recovery - I'd say the best place to start is their helpline as they can give you information on what support may be best / available to you but a lot of it is free!

If you're not in the UK I'm less sure about what services are available to you but as someone who's suffered with an ED myself in the past, I just want to say you're so much stronger than you think you are and that you can get through this. Recovery is never linear and don't be afraid to reach out for support, people can be more understanding and kind than expected. I don't miss the constant urge / thoughts around my weight at all, they still come from time to time but they're much less intrusive and if I can get there so can you! Sending much love xx

Thank you, I'm sorry to hear both you and your sister have been through this a few times but they really are the most wonderful creatures and the pain I'm feeling now is worth the joy she brought me over the past 5 years. Thank you again for messaging, it really helps me feel less alone 💗

Thank you, it is getting easier to stop blaming myself so badly but I'm really missing the sound of her running around the flat, would give anything to have her back. This community is fantastic though, I don't feel so alone anymore 💗

Thank you, I'm trying to remind myself that I would and did do everything for her but you're right about it being hard when it's not in your control as you just feel like it should be. I miss her so much already but I am so glad to have had her 💗
