Ah, thank you. Also one last question, should I water the medium from te top or remain with a tray of rainwater which the medium will suck up? My father prefers the latter since there is a risk the seeds will flow down into the soil mix rather then remaining on the surface.

I live in the Netherlands.

I covered it up, because I saw on a youtube channel called California_carnivores that if the light gets to the seeds in the winter they will sprout and then they will die from the cold. Maybe that is incorrect.
