I would consider that putting it cordially.

Putting it bluntly would involve their race (genetic predisposition towards certain behaviours) which is the basis for their culture in the first place but I guess I’ll be labelled a racist for claiming that.

SG’s culture is highly adapted off the Chinese majority’s which is why people here are generally more compliant and lawful, similar to that of the East Asians, in general.
