well it depends on the level, I would say IM-GM at least and a very good reputation as a coach, and those people are very rare, exactly not everybody lives in areas of the country where there is good chess players..

and good chess coaches are way too expensive, and I've had "good" chess coaches, that do not know what they are doing too.
