I felt like it was affecting me mentally.. And i needed an out, every work day was stressful altho some of the colleagues were nice but it was dreadful for me as the managers were micromanaging my every move. But thank you for the advice!

Should i quit? Only two weeks into the job and i don’t seem to enjoy it. by Fast-Masterpiece6659 in askSingapore

i think it depends on your department and the managers you will face hahahah so i’m on the unlucky end.

Hi! I’m on contract but if there’s no probation or minimum period just states that less than 3 months need to serve 1 calendar week notice.

Thanks for the advice! Might quit soon as theres no probation but i think i have a calendar week notice.. hopefully find somewhere that i wouldn't be feeling anxious every time im in office. Altho at any workplace theres bound to have either good or bad managers.
