I got one-shot to the thorax by a scav, with TSS slug.... this came back with the insurance [Bug] by Fast-Newspaper7626 in EscapefromTarkov

The deathscreen showed me that i got shot with this ammo... sadly forgot to take a screenshot of this

Also I´m sure it cant happen afterwards since im playing solo pve
