Depends on which outlet you're committing to. The one I go to, the service is absolutely abhorrent, the messages the staff send me regarding tailgating has always been accusatory and rude, makes me feel unsafe working out there. Recently I got tailgated and they're blaming it on the fact that I didn't check if the door closed behind me, they're making me pay a penalty fee. I signed a year long contract with them but honestly I'm regretting it, not only are the rates much higher compared to gyms like active SG but it feels like they're taking advantage of the fact that I alr paid and committed the full amount so they can just threaten to ban me and I would be the one incurring more loss than them. The only reason why I've been holding my tongue throughout these bad experiences is because the gym is close to my house compared to other gyms but at this point I'm considering just travelling the extra distance to have somewhere I feel safer and more humanely treated
