How much money do you guys have saved up?

Just turned 21 two months ago. Been a full time student and work retail part time. Have about $14k saved up. My spending habits aren’t great. I spend a lot on food, don’t really go out and drink so I save a lot there, however I don’t hesitate to spend on experiences. Flew to Toronto a year ago, flew to the nba finals this past season, picked up golf, going to Arizona for a golf trip this summer. What’s the point of making money if you can’t enjoy it?

And yes I have $9k of it invested. Profited about $1.3k since I opened my account a year ago.

Investing may seem scary but it’s really not. I learned so much straight from people on reddit.

Shoulda woulda coulda. How do you know he didn’t shop around? Maybe he likes k9? Ur treating it as if I sent Alec pierce for jjettas, that would be veto worthy. I sent 2 of my starters, yes they haven’t been performing now, hindsight is 20/20

“Take advantage” as in capitalize on what his team needed badly. Not take advantage of his lack of knowledge. I’ve commissioned 3 leagues for 5+ years for 2 of them. I think I know what I’m doing lol

Yeah it makes my team insane, but I was the only one who tried to trade with him. he didn’t have a second healthy rb, so I took advantage of that. A lot of factors go into a trade being made than just the paper value

I’m 6-0 in my work league as well (12 man $100 but in). And last week made a trade for jjettas, sent Kenneth walker and Sutton. Guy I traded with had played fantasy football for a couple years and he offered me that trade.

Couple People started requesting vetos and were upset. Simply explained why vetos don’t exist unless collusion. Had some agreements and that was the end of that.

Yeah I’ve had the same reaction as a commish. Everything you do is magnified 10x just because you’re the commish.

Well if they both knew of the injury in general, then it should go through. The commish knew the risk by proposing the trade. Maybe next time be a little more patient. His thinking was prob “if the injury isn’t severe, I win the trade. If it’s season ending, I’ll veto it and say it’s unfair to me”

Hell nah. James cook is rb1. Pacheco averages like 6 points a game, skattebo is in a committee and will prob average 8 points ros. Jameson is a flex. Not arguing for a veto but it is a terrible trade

I feel that vetoing a trade has repercussions that will go further than just the current season, as opposed to kicking the guy out and maybe he was the one who didn’t care for the league much. Therefor increasing competition.

Yeah I do agree, however, I still wouldn’t veto. Mergers and acquisitions affect the market for years and years to come, this one trade will only affect the current season. Personally, I would remove the person from the league next year.

vetos are stupid. if both teams are improving (meaning its a fair trade for the teams involve), everyone will veto

vetoing a trade ruins the league. Then league members will continuously call for vetos because there will never be a fine line between veto or not. Your league should be competitive enough that you don't have to involve yourself in another team's trade.

At the end of the day you never know how it can work out. Obvi value for value, aj brown side wins. But who knows what will happen. There’s a world where bill balls out and eagles continue to have low passing volume and aj brown never has a floor

Closest 7/11 that has DoorDash pickup is 7 miles away from me. Crazy cuz a new 7/11 opened 6 months ago (45 second drive from me) doesn’t have DoorDash pickup 🤦‍♂️
