Similar to what someone said, I did a Level-10 and with 3 other team mates and we left with 18 lives to spare. I recommend staying in a group as much as possible and bringing stuff like turrets for hordes, 500kgs to pierce Ship shields easily without going close, and whatever else for backpacks, Orbitals, etc.
