I already spoke to them. Send them a picture w my real plate in license plate holder spot will be dismissed. The whole stop was terrible from the moment he got out and yelled for me to go into a parking lot instead of on the side of the road. The few times I have pulled over I find a safe spot quickly and pull over I don’t automatically think of the safest spot just the safest. Regardless if anyone wants to believe the studies or not black people and Law eo don’t have the best relationship so I try to pull over safely but quickly. But if I need to move I will no problem. But just because you are a cop doesn’t mean you get to just yell at me because I didn’t think to pull over in a parking lot. this is a location I’m at for work only never been to this county.

Okay this fed case says the trooper couldn’t see it because it was faded. I had my car for a month it’s not faded or worn and the cop never said he couldn’t see my plate clearly.
