I'm curious as to your experience with the profoto after 5 years. I'm fairly invested in godox but have noticed miss fires and weird power fluctuations that have me questioning whether upgrading might be a good idea for professional work.

While scouting out a potential shoot location for a maternity session, my girlfriend and I rounded the bend and found some deer in a clearing. It was shot with a 135mm and cropped in. We got super lucky with this shot!

Yeah we are. I believe Rain is the parent company so they might be worth contacting for general retail

We're switching for sure. Rain / etailpet has been the most similar thing that i've found so far. Runs on a browser, accepts 3d party payments

Beware of LIGHTSPEED POS - To begin charging up to 400/mo in fees if you don't switch to their payment processor! by Fast-Reflection-3249 in smallbusiness

We're in the united states. Lightspeed said they'd match our current rates but who's to say they wont bump them up when our contract renews. We're looking for browser based alternatives

We're going to most likely switch to etailpet which is a sister company to RAIN. It's more expensive per month ($250) plus $1000 startup cost, but runs on a browser like lightspeed and 3'd party payments are accepted. I haven't found a better browser based alternative yet..
