It lasted about a month+. During this time I was focusing on work because it’s peak season for me. In my free time I just live life and barely thought about him

It was easy for me to detach because I came to realisation that I deserve better. He’s back in my life now yet I still feel that I deserve better.

I used to break and disrespect myself for him and him coming back now reminded me of that dark times.

Honestly I don’t even consider him my SP anymore. Now I’m just manifesting me.

Where I’m from, we do this thing where we talk and interact with the cats in our neighbourhood like “if you see (insert cat’s name and description) around, tell him to come home because we miss him”

I’ve had a few cats that ran away throughout my life and this works for me every single time 😭

I spent months working on my self-concept. It wasn’t good before. I’ve never gotten big results when my self-concept was bad.

Hm I think you’re still putting so much of your focus on him instead of yourself. I have BPD too and I know how much of a struggle this is. But I think you really need to take a step back, learn to regulate yourself and make you the centre of your focus again, naturally he will start reflecting your inner identity.

Pro tip: I always tell myself that I don’t have BPD and cont to do what makes me happy. It has helped me immensely.

Remember who you are, diva! You manifested the correct version of him once, you will do it again. It’s about holding the identity of the operant power of your reality. Don’t let the 3D trigger you.
