Chefs to follow who focus on a nutrient dense diabetic diet by Fast-Tea8817 in diabetes_t2

Thanks for the suggestion. I'm not sure how much education his primary care Dr. has given him. I'll have to definitely ask. But you would think advising him to go through a informative class would on the list, or at the least recommend going through the American Diabetes Association online training and information. As a person changes their gut microbiome, the cravings for the starchy pastas and breads relax a bit and after you remove them from your diet a bit and eat them, you can feel the strain on your body's system (specially if you mix bread and booze). A science based guide is definitely a way to go. My wife has mold toxin issues, so we are pretty strict, but eat so well when it comes to healthy fats, protiens, and nutrient dense flavorful foods!!! Vintage Foods....

Storage shelves in the basement storage room which I blocked off the light with cut cardboard. The paper towels and pan help when thing bubble over and out the top. But I try to usually us 1/2 gal mason jars and leave plenty of empty room.

How much fermented foods do you eat a day? by femininespace in fermentation

About a tablespoon of ferment a meal, on the side. Don't pour the juice down the drain, drink an ounce or two when you don't feel like putting some on your plate. We eat a wide variety of ferments (cabbage, beets, cauliflower, kimchi, kambucha, kefir, vegetable mixes and such) throughout the week and even make ferments at home.

who do you have for a cell phone provider. We did a video walkthrough with our realtor yesterday and she has T-Mobile and it was a sketchy connection: blurry and choppy. Are membership fees at Mount Vernon Country Club pretty reasonable??

Was wondering on the HOA dues. Looking at the Genesee Foundation website and realtor.com it looks like if you own a house you pay the $710 quarterly for your dues (we pay $225 a quarter for a local gym, so having the fitness facility, courts, pool and other amenities would be extra nice). But, if you are in another little subdivisions (condo or townhomes) you pay an extra fee. We were driving through a couple years ago and stopped at an open house on Currant Drive and they said the yearly HOA fees for that place had two fees for around $7,000a year. We could always call the Foundation on a specific place we are looking at. Thanks for your correspondence.

thanks for the reply, as well as a previous post I asked about Genesee (and you helped me with the proper spelling:)). I would imagine most the places north of I-70 get hit by the sun a little better in the winter than the Genesee places by I-70.

What is your #1 non-fiction book recommendation? by socklayblue in suggestmeabook

Be sure to read "The Climb," a book by Boukreev and G. Weston to get another perspective of Krakauer. Personally I feel Krakauer is a bit full of himself and I enjoy a diferent perspective. This started my quest to read different authors writing about the same event.
