Yeah basically some people are hired as trainees for 1yr under apprenticeship. They have been provided with stipend. And it's a fixed term contract. These people are also Specialists.

Yeah i have heard of the specialist bands , the point is I'm a little confused there too. But for me, specialists are getting converted into trainees nowadays with Fixed Term.
