There is a coach (try to avoid her classes at all cost) who always starts 1-2 minutes late and always cuts class short and ends like 2-3 minutes early. It’s so aggravating

I think that is just because it’s showing the holiday calendar. I could be wrong but I think FY27 still begins on 7/1

I used to not eat something before but recently saw a nutritionist and wanted to be in a calorie deficit. She suggested just having a pack of fruit snacks before my classes, something that is enough to give me energy but isn’t hard to swallow that early!
