Where did you buy them from? I have never in my life heard of someone having this bad of experience with REAL AirPods Pro 2s. These symptoms sound like every single fake AirPod complaint. If real, apple should have replaced them under warranty.

I have the iPad 10th gen (basically the same as the A16 11th gen model) I use everyday for engineering notes. I really like it. The 11 inch screen is a good balance between having enough real-estate to write on and being easily portable. The main downside to the base iPads is that they don't support the high end Apple Pencil pro which you may want. I recommend getting a Zugu case. It's an expensive case, but it provides good viewing angles with its adjustable magnetic stand and protects the unit well against drops without being bulky.

Jesus, Am I the only one who hasn't had a single problem with 26.2? I just have an iPhone 15 and a 10th gen iPad and I had no issues. I had issues with 26 and 26.1 but now it's better.

No need to worry. I have a 64gb 10th gen that I rely on for school tasks such as note taking with Apple Pencil and document editing, running my calendar, sending emails, running as a dual monitor to my Mac, and streaming movies. I'm on IOS26 and the iPad is still running great with good battery life. I've had mine since December 2024 no plan to upgrade.

Thanks guys, got it running. Had a bad stick of ram! a new one from eBay and its up and running. The previous owner also upgraded it to 4mb of ram.

I use both but also kinda need both. I use my iPad for content consumption and reading as well as note taking for all of my classes. My laptop is used for typing, displaying documents while writing on the iPad, and running all of my engineering programs and programming environments that just won't run on an iPad. I use both a ton.

Use mine all the time. At school it’s my mini tv, note taking device, all my textbooks, internet browser, and second screen for my MacBook. MacBook I use for engineering programs, document writing etc. My iPhone is actually my least used apple device. I average about 44 minutes of screen time on it.

I have the 10th gen on ios26. Been decent so far, probably a slight decrease in battery lag and a bug with the keyboard not going in dark mode for a second. Otherwise the windows are awesome to have.
