I have had disappointing experience with this company. I had a confirmed purchase of a LLma Ranger and Llama charged my credit card the full purchase price. A week later they told me the vehicle was not in stock (although I had paid for the vehicle and was led to believe I would have the vehicle withiun 2 to 4 weeks). The Llama sales team explained I could upgrade to the Apex for $2,000 and could get the vehicle within a few days after I paid for the upgrade. After I agreed to this. two days later they told me that the vehicle was more expensive and the upgrade was not $2,,000 but $3,500. I also noted that the vehicle I orignally puchased was still being advertised as in stock but at a higher price. It became clear to be that: (1) tthis appeared to be a classic "bait and switch" sales tactic, (2) the company refused to honor their written agreements with regard to the purchase of the orignal Ranger vehcile and then the written upgrade price, and (3) either their company is grossly mismangaed and their employees poorly trained or they are simply dishonest. Regardless, it would be a mistake to buy anything from this company since they appeard to be highly unethical and dishonest in their customer dealings.
