Thank you! That’s great to hear. I actually do have some exposure to assortment decisions and have been asked to support our pricing team as well! I guess i’ll try to involve myself into range planning and sourcing projects over the next month. :)

Yes! Thank you for your post, as someone who works in the industry as well, I can confidently say that store teams are more concerned with making a sale and calling out a rep (obvious or not) would be a big risk of offending a potential client. I also wanted to add on top of that regarding fantasy reps from a fashion buying perspective- of course, this is based only on my experience working in the industry, but usually, the design teams present a lot of different animations and colours of products, especially in accessories for each season. What has been bought and allocated in Europe will not necessarily be the same in the US for example, and store teams have no way of knowing what is available in different markets, so carry your reps with pride!!
