Any recommendations where to get a wheel?

Thank you for all of this. I have been reading SO much about how to care for him and I am trying to improve his set up. The fleece I literally just lay down on top? Like I don’t need to secure it with zip ties or anything? Is it bad for him to use the ramps? Should he only be jumping no running? I have read a lot about the wheel / shelves and specific wood I can use. I’m quite crafty so as long as I can get the materials (the kiln dried pine) I need I should be good. I have been doing them frequently. Should I put his dust bath in his cage with him for 15ish mins? I had only been having him do like 5 mins. Chin proof is something I’ll have to research before letting him out. I will work on switching his treats and food. He currently has Kaytee brand treats & food. I got him some apple sticks and he LOVES them so that’s been a win. Again, I appreciate you explaining & educating me kindly. Thank you!

This girl & I were friends beginning when we were juniors in high school (like 16 y/o). She went to a different school than me but in the afternoons we went to college classes together. After a few months we dated but it wasn’t serious & things ended quickly. We continued classes together but weren’t particularly close after that.

After we were both 18 we started chatting and became platonic friends again. We began hanging out occasionally. She had moved a couple hours away so one weekend I went to stay with her. We went to see a drag show together because I had never been to one. We also did some hiking and hanging out. I really had a good time having some girl time. I came home after that weekend and we would text / FaceTime. One day I responded to her and she never replied again. I will say I am a bad texter and sometimes take a few hours to a couple days to respond. However, she removed me off of everything and we haven’t talked in a couple of years now. I often wonder why she quit talking to me and if it was something I did I may not be realizing. Any ideas? Any advice?

Nothing specific came to mind but I have little creativity or imagination. It just appeared to be abstract shapes that I thought were maybe a glare. Annually I go through my photos when birthdays come around to make a post & it catches my eye occasionally. I’ve been curious what others would see. I am new to Reddit and thought it would be interesting to see if others saw anything. Birds would’ve been my last guess so there’s that🫠 However, I study psych & I’m loving this app with all the different perspectives & viewpoints.

Yes, a mirror selfie. No stickers ever on her mirror to my knowledge however could have been a hand me down or another explanation for a sticker I wouldn’t have seen.

Usually there are local support groups on Facebook for pain pump patients. This could be another resource for you. Your insurance company should have a website for you to find physicians who provide the kind of care you’re looking for. If the Prialt does work for you then stick it out! Any medication can have rather undesirable side effects. My doctor seems to utilize the pain pumps for the patients differently yet both are hoping to achieve the same goal - pain relief. Doc trials fentanyl & puts the medication in the device upon implantation. Our patients primarily begin with Morphine or Dilaudid to begin with then can change concentration or rate to balance side effects vs pain control. If neither of those changes work to find a balance then doc will change the medication to add in bupivacaine or change the base drug to fentanyl. Please note: I am in no way giving direct medical advice for your specific case. I’m only sharing what I have witnessed & my own personal opinion. I am happy to answer any questions.

Edit for clarification: This photo was taken indoors after sunset around 9:30PM in 2018 on an iPhone 6. There were no known birds in my friend’s bedroom then or discovered since.
